  My son was seeing the orthodontist. Payments are through an entire company. All they were to do was see him every month for tightening or other issues and scheduling. I got behind on payments and they wouldn't see him. Even though I would still have to make the payments. I told them if he not gone be seen why continue to charge me? They had no answer. Even then they was seeing him every other month when they was taking out payments for him the months in between when he wasn't being seen. It's been 6 months they haven't called rescheduled any appointments or returned any calls from previous conversations about his braces. Bad business
