  Stopped in to get a shaft replaced and to do a bit of trading on a brand new club that I won at a tournament that I couldn't use due to being left handed. Chip was helpful enough during his time there, but had to leave while I was debating on what piece of equipment I wanted to trade on and another man was overseeing the store until closing. I'm not displeased that the trade wasn't going to happen in the way I wanted it to, that happens. However, when in any form of retail or sales you never EVER disrespect the customer. This happened after Chip left and because of that I asked for my club that was having the shaft replaced to be given back to me and left without doing any business now or in the future. I'm sure this isn't everyone's experience, but it should be noone's experience thus the 1 star review.
