  I stayed in Spartanburg for 3 days and needed a place to workout. I always go to the place I feel the most welcomed and that was definitely at SAC.
  The staff was helpful, the manager was super friendly, and all of the folks working out seemed to love being there. Every piece of equipment is here, and the weight room was never packed. There are also like 80 classes a week if you don't like doing your own cardio, the instructors were really engaging. Loved this place!
