  They charge 600 dollars! They don't tell you this until after you are processed! Then when I called today I caught rude attitude and I kept being placed on hold. After finding the information myself I found that they changed my filing status without asking me and that they can't help me any further. Not to mention the "free" redund advance isn't guaranteed and they ended up only giving me half of what I expected. This place ia a joke. I will save my time and money next time. I wish there was some way to get my money back. I wouldn't be so upset if I was at least getting attention or good customer service. Never again! Would never recommend.
