  Was told I would get my glasses in a week and told that most people get the glasses sooner than a week and I never got a call or anything I finally called when the week was up and was told that it should be in the next day so I waited for call and then I finally called and was told that I would have to wait 2 days to get them cut and when the two days was up I called and talked to a manager that basically said whoever told me it would be an extra 2 days lied bc the glasses was on back order. They was so unprofessional about the whole situation and never called me I had to call everyday!! I finally got my glasses after 15 days of waiting and I was rushed out. The lady who sold me the glasses never even acknowledged me which was very rude. I really don’t think they gave me what I paid for bc there is still glares and the thing I paid extra money for was supposed to help with that! I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone if anything I would recommend that lens crafters shuts this location down!

  Horrible experience. First, the receptionist was very short and rude from The moment we walked in for our appointment. The doctor at this location was so rude! We were visiting family in town and my husband had an issue and needed an exam. The doctor acted like he didn't even want to see him and rushed him through. If my husband asked a question, he gave him a short answer that didn't really help at all. He wrote him an Rx for some medication that no pharmacies even carried, and we ended up having to wait til we got back home to see the doctor at the lenscrafters in Charleston (who is awesome!). No one there must like their job, and it showed. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
