  Work was ok but the fact that she charged me $15 for a simple job which shouldn't be more than $10 wasn't fair.
  She doesn't take credit cards and when I asked her to provide me with a receipt she didn't have one...so, I wonder if she pays taxes at all!!
  I'm reporting this business to the IRS if possible.
