  Kevin came and fixed our LG Refrigerator today and I was very pleased with the whole experience! The office staff was friendly and helpful in setting up a time, and Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. And it's small things like brining out a floor guard to ensure the refrigerator wheels don't scratch the floor that they do which goes above and beyond. Customer service is clearly a priority for these guys, and I would certainly recommend them.
